Shikuu's Gourmet from January 2026 to May 2026
23th May 2026 We had Saturday lunch at Kaze no Terrace in Senbiki, Ayagawa-cho, Kagawa Prefecture. It has a very stylish exterior and includes accommodations called Sora no Yado and a dog run. The lunch menu consists of curry and quiche. I ordered the curry, and my partner ordered the quiche, both as a set with drinks. I wanted to order the curry in large size, but apparently they don't offer large portions anymore. Since I might not have enough, I also ordered a cheesecake as a sweet treat. The curry was a mildly spicy tomato-flavored chicken curry with a deep flavor, and the cheesecake was a rich Rera Cheesecake, my favorite flavor A day of May I revisited Schenron in Hanoura, Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. Today I went with the classic Mapo Tofu set meal. I was torn between the regular and Chen Mapo Tofu, but since the Chen version is supposedly very spicy, I ordered the regular Mapo Tofu set meal. The regular Mapo Tofu had just the right amount of spiciness and was excellent....
