RUNNING and CLIMBING, SIGHTSEEING 2025

I run early morning. I look sunrise, the east sky was colored by soft pink.

A day of Aug.

I play golf at Grandy Naruto Golf Club, Tokushima Pref, first time. Now that it's in late August, but it's very extreme heat. We felt very hot, so drank water and others. I think that Grandy Naruto Golf Club is one of most beautiful golf course in Shikoku region.

I run about 6km early morning on Sunday. The sky is clearly like transpalancy glasses. It will be heat that be unbelievable.

21th July 2025

Senjoujiki, Heki, Nagato city, Yamaguchi Pref. We could be looking over Japan See below observation deck here. Amazing view is unfolding below our eyes.

We could see Mishima Island that is famous with Mishima beaf.

20th April 2025

We participated Shisou Satsuki Half Marathon at Shisou City in Hyogo Pref. I enter 10km class, my partner enter half marathon class.

as it was hot day, we have been sweat and exhausted. This event is relatively small, but residents is very kindful.

1st Feb. 2025

I visit Nanaore Plum Festival, organized by Nanaore Plum Farm in Tobe City, Ehime Pref. Few white and red plum flower hasn't bloomed yet, but yellow plum flower, Japanese call 'Roubai', bloom a little.

Nanaore Farm has a hundred parking lot, but they always full by a visitor's cars.

Plum trees are planted on a small hill. some slope roads are making up on the hill.

I bought UmeDaifuku at the store that open at the enterance of Nanaore firm.

This tree is NanaoreKoume, The firm has been named after this tree's name. The Umeboshi, made from this fruits, is very famous.

A day of Feb. 2025

I went to Takahama Port, Matsuyama City to see a automatic driving bus which first oparate on the pubric road . It has been operating round trip from Takahama Port to Kankou Port. It's being operated by Iyo train Co. Inc.

I want to ride it, but it don't work properly for adjustment and tasting.

9th Feb. 2025

I run Ehime marathon 2025 completely. The support from the people along the road at the Ehime Marathon is just amazing. Above all. At the aid stations, they handed out local specialties such as tarts, Botchan dango, Yamadaya manju, and Pon juice, which was great.

Thank you all suporters at Ehime Marathon 2025.

On February 11th, I visited the Shiki Memorial Museum, as one of the prizes in the Ehime Marathon was a discount coupon, and I also received a free ticket for Dogo Onsen, so I took a bath at Asuka no Yu.

Below is a haiku by Shiki that I like.

松山や　秋より高き　天守閣

春や昔　十五万石の　城下かな

十年の　汗を道後の　温泉（ゆ）に　流せ

柿食えば　鐘がなるなり　法隆寺

After I sink Asuka no yu, Dougo Hot Spring, I drop by Dougo Brewery Restaurant and drink Bocchan beer. and I eat Dried red sea bream skirt steak overnight.
